When she is an adult. That means when she is 18 years old. as long as there is a court ordered visitation schedule in place she need to go as per the order. If she refuses - and you let her get away with it - then her father can make an application to the court to modify the custody order indicating that you are interfering with his access to his daughter and requesting to be the custodial parent. Then you will be visiting her. You don't let her get away with not going to school or doing her homework, do you? Then you can not let her decide here. Unless you bring this matter - with a very good reason - back to court to modify the visitation you are bound to enforce it. Good luck. 14 year olds are not easy to control.
