What can I be convicted for, and is this enough evidence to convict me of this crime?
Phone records show that I was in contact with my baby's mother before her workplace was robbed. I was also in contact with a suspect present at the crime scene while the crime was actually committed. I am innocent of what was going on.
It is impossible to tell you what you will be convicted of because I could never know for sure how a case will play out. Essentially your actions are not a crime if you spoke to these individuals. if your not guilty and being charged you should hire a local criminal attorney and present your case before the judge and/or jury. You will be able to make your case and at that point it will be determined how it proceeds. Good luck and thank you for coming to our site. Please let us know if we can further assist you.
