Is a dealership able to change the terms of a care lease after it's been signed?

Question Details: We signed a lease agreement on the 6th of this month with terms of 36 month 15000 miles a year. On the 22nd we received a new agreement to sign, initially they said we needed to resign due to items not lining up, then they changed the story to items not lining up and the mileage was to be 10,000 not 15,000 a year. Do we have to resign the lease agreement?
