If I have completed my BS, PGDC and Hardware/Network Engineering but don't have experience in the networking field, could I still get an H1B visa for entry level jobs?

Yes ,if an employer offers you a job and the H-1B annual quota is not filled at the time of filing, you will be eligible for a H-1B visa if you have a Bachelor's degree or a bachelor's degree equivalent.
