Yes, you could still be arrested. The fact is that 2 weeks is well within the timeframe for filing a criminal complaint. While you say that you just lighlty bumped her shoulder, she could have a much different recollection of the event. And a charge of domestic violence is taken quite seriouslty by the courts.
