Yes, you could still be arrested. The fact is that 2 weeks is well within the timeframe for filing a criminal complaint. While you say that you just lighlty bumped her shoulder, she could have a much different recollection of the event. And a charge of domestic violence is taken quite seriouslty by the courts. At this point you should consult directly with a criminal defense attorney and go over the details of the incident. They can best advise on how to proceed.
