Question Details: They did blood test for drugs and those all came back negative. He was given a citation but said it would be dropped if all the tests came back negative. He received a letter from the sheriff's office stating all were negative and He was cleared then He got a letter from the DA's office stating He had to appear in court for a DWI. He did nothing wrong what does he do now?
