What to do if my son got pulled over for swerving and failed the field sobriety test but blew 0.0?

They did blood test for drugs and those all came back negative. He was given a citation but said it would be dropped if all the tests came back negative. He received a letter from the sheriff’s office stating all were negative and He was cleared then He got a letter from the DA’s office stating He had to appear in court for a DWI. He did nothing wrong what does he do now?

Hello. Your son needs attorney counsel and you are unwise to post details of this matter on a public website.

Some attorneys, myself included, will confer for free, at no charge. Then, if legal work is performed, some attorneys, myself included, will provide a reduced fee for need. All the best
