If my SSN was used for credit card approvals when I was an infant and now I am in debt very bad, wshould I do and can I sue the person responsible?
Question Details: I know who it was.
If you never received the benefits form which the credit card approvals were issued for where you personally did not charge on the credit cards then what happened under the laws of all states in this country is credit card fraud. I suggest contacting the credit card companies about such. Better yet, consult with a consumer law attorney.
