If my mother opened a bank account in the family trust's name and I am an additional signatory, would her account be vulnerable to my debt collectors?

So long as your name as being an owner of the bank account that you have written about is not on the account but you are solely a signatory on it then under the laws of all states in this country the trust's bank account cannot legally be levied upon to pay off your obligations if you are solely a trustee under it and not a beneficiary.
