What to do if my home was foreclosed on last year and I want to file for bankruptcy?

I have not heard anything from the bank since I moved out. I don’t know what to do about them and what they are going to charge me with.

If the home has already been foreclosed upon, the bankruptcy will not affect it--a bankruptcy will temporarily stop, or stay, a foreclosure that is in the process, but it does not retroactively undo a concluded foreclosure. As to the bank...there is no way to compel them to state if they are going to proceed against you for the balance, or when. You may need to wait awhile longer, to see what they will do.
