I am so sorry for your loss.  Please take the Will to a lawyer to read. It is my gut feeling that he mentioned everyone so that there was no question that he knew the "object of his bounty" so that the WIll could not be challenged when he left everything to only two. If you feel that there are other grounds for challenging same - such as undue influence - then sidcuss that with the lawyer as well.  Good luck.
