What to do if my boyfriend has a tourist visa but has been working under the table and now wants to extend his visa or apply for a worker’s visa?

His current 6-month allotted time here in the US ends in just under 2 months. How can he extend his visa or apply for a workers visa? He is from Mexico.

Your boyfriend needs to meet with an immigration attorney as soon as possible to see if anything can be done.  You may be able to extend his stay by marrying him, but only if he can prove that he came here as a tourist, never intending to fall in love and get married -- or he could return to Mexico and you could apply for a fiance/spouse to enter the country legally to marry you.
