What to do if my bank has charged my account excessive overdraft fees and has reordered transactions from largest to smallest?

After speaking to a bank rep he told me they will not take these charges away and that there bank has always ordered the transactions from largest to smallest. I spoke with someone previously and he told me that the bank does not reorder transactions.

I suggest that if you cannot get the charges assessed against you withdrawn that you transfer your account to another bank and then sue the former bank in small claims court for the fees that you have written about that you seemingly wish to contest.
