If my license was revoked for OUI, can I apply for one in another state?
Question Details: I have 3 OUI convictions. Can I apply for one in the state where I am currently a resident?
The fact is that most states share information about license revocations/suspensions. This is part of an interstate compact (i.e. agreement between the states). Therefore, if you apply for a license in another state, the revocation in the first state will more than likely be found due to the centralized national database in which states share driving information.
