Question Details: Is contempt of court the best way to go about the following issue? Divorced November 2008, court order in place that ex has not followed through on. He moved to Canada and is coming back into country on June 29. Should I file a motion and even request arrest as he is a flight risk?
Contempt of court is the route for when an ex spouse is not abiding by a court ordered divorce or support or custody decree. I am unsure what you are truly asking but there are no short cuts.
