Are you her friend? Then you need to speak with an adult as soon as possible. I would notify the police and the principal of the school in which he works (which I assume is where she goes). I would notify her parents. They may need to apply for a restraining order. You have good instincts here. Get an adult to help you before things get out of hand even more. Good luck.
