If you are arrested in a state in which you do not live, will they allow you to be bonded out of jail?
Are you considered a flight risk and there is no chance of a bondsman helping? The charge was misdemeanor DUI.

The facts of the case and your prior record if any, will determine whether or not you are allowed to post a bond. You are not automatically considered a flight risk because you are from another state. However, if the facts and/or a prior record indicate that you may be a flight risk, these are factors which may be considered in denying bail. Since you were charged with a misdemeanor instead of a felony, you have a better chance of being granted bail.
