If I want to marry my fiance here in the US, is it illegal if we have no intention of staying here after the marriage?
My fiance and I have been talking about him coming to the US to marry me and we all move back to the UK afterwards.
If you do not plan to immigrate to the U.S., then you do not need to file for your green card/Lawful Residency. If you enter as a tourist and marry, that is perfectly fine.
