You don't give any details. However, unless the state in which you recieved it allows for the clearing of a DUI off of a criminal history record, then not only is it still there, it will remain there. The fact is that most states do not allow for expungements of these offenses. However, if you received it in a state that does allow them, then you will have to clear your record (or have an attroney do it). DUI's are not automatically removed from a person's record.

Right now, you can google the name of the appropriate state and the word "expungemnt". You should be able to find what offenses can be cleared and the process for doing so. If you still have questions, you should consult directly with a criminal law attroney.
