If i get married and my spouse is not living in the USA and we apply for her to move here while I’m a permanent resident will it affect me getting my citizenship when I apply?

And if not will the fact that I get my citizenship during the process help expedite her process or should we wait to get married after I get my citizenship in two years?

It will expedite the process once you get your citizenship but until then your spouse will not be able to move to the US unless she has an independent nonimmigrant visa to enter the US since as a spouse of a green card holder she is not eligible for any immediate immigration benefits.
