I am not sure that I understand you or that you understand what this is.  Using a fictitious name refers to the business, not the Director of the business.  It is often say a corporation "doing business as" or DBA.  I believe that you need to register the fictitious name in every county that you do business in in Delaware and I think that you should speak with an attorney.  Good luck.
