If a traffic report that was filled out by a deputy or an officer is inaccurate, can the ticket be overturned?
Question Details: I got a ticket for speeding but I was not speeding. However, the ticket states the actual color of the vehicle but the report that the deputy wrote is inaccurate regarding the color.
For a clerical error such as this, a ticket will not be dismissed. The judge will just order that the report be corrected if need be.
