What to do if I was given the wrong prescription at the pharmacist?

It was for high blood pressure when my original medication was for sleeping to help with my clinical depression. I feel like this put my life in great danger because it made my depression worse would I have a case against the people at the pharmacy.

Whether you have a case against the pharmacist depends on the answers to a lot of factual questions -- had you ever taken the medicine for depression before and did you know what it looked like?  Did the pharmacist asked if you had taken the medication before and what did you say?  Did the pharmacist say the mediciene was for depression?  How was the medicine packaged and labeled?  How long did you take it?  Get an appointment for a free consultation with a medical malpractice attorney in your area.
