What to do if 8 years ago I received an operate with controlled substance but did not completed my sentence?
This was my first offense. I was ordered an AODA Assessment, 9 month suspension of my driver’s license and a $733 fine. I did the suspension but not the assessment or paid the fine due to the fact that I am on disability and unable to afford them. After all of these years, am I still required to do the assessment? Also, is there a way to convert my fine to a civil judgement?
