What are my rights if I purchased a vehicle 1 month ago and was contacted by salesperson at the dealership today who said she “gave me the wrong car”?
She stated that the “easiest” way to resolve the issue would be to come and swap out the “wrong” car for the “right” car which has less features.

The easiest way to resolve this matter is to simply compare the car you have against the car you ordered i.e. look at the agreement of sale, which should specify the vehicle you will have purchased and are entitled to whatever car is described in the contract of sale. If the contract of sale is ambivalent i.e. could be either car, then you should be entitled to the car you have, since that the car they offered and you accepted i.e. it is the car you agreed to with them, if there is no more definite and different description of the car in the written sale agreement.
