What to do if I just moved into my girlfriend's apartment and management made me fill out an application but never indicated that rent was going to be increased?
Question Details: It went from $265 to $592. It's a low income apartment they sent a bill stating that rent is 592 and never gave us any notice. Is this legal and what can I do. I live in Blair NE.
