If I had my wages garnishment 4 months ago but filed a Chapter 7 and included the creditor, can I get some the money that was garnished back?

No, the creditor has already collected on a judgment it had before your went bankrupt.  However, the bankruptcy trustee may be able to get that money (viewed as preference payments) to help settle with the other creditors and get them more money in the bankruptcy.
