What to do if I am the co-signer on an auto loan and the primary loan holder hasn't been paying the payments for months?
Question Details: Can I sue for ownership of the vehicle if I have paid over half the loan payments?
Generally speaking, Co signers have responsibility with out benefits. How the agreement read s will be key here but what you can probably do is to sue the primary borrower for the money that you have pad or in the alternative, for the vehicle. Good luck.
