I have already lost my license for 150 days. I am a Canadian citizen but the incident happened in the US.

Based upon what you have written with respect to the recent DUI, if convicted you are looking at $2,500 to $3,000 in fines and possibly 3 to 5 days in jail if convicted based upon your prior conviction. I suggest that you consult with a criminal defense attorney in the county and state where the arrest happened. One can be found on attorneypages.com.
