I think you asked how long you have until you are taken in front of a judge for extradition? It depends. It depends on your interstate compact (where you are going from where you are); if there is transport availability, if the other state is charging you, if you have other charges where you are, if this is based on an outstanding warrant and you were caught or surrendered, if the hearing was postponed.
