Why did the judge not kick her out? If she is your guest (a nontenant living with you at your invitation), you have an absolute right to make her leave, and she has no right to stay against your will. If the problem was some procedural error (the law can be very picky in this regard), the answer is to fix the error and try again: e.g. provide whatever kinds or amounts/length of notice the judge found that you would have to provide, or file the appropriate legal action, if you filed the wrong one. If the problem was not procedural but the judge somehow ruling that a girlfriend has a right to keep living there, the judge is almost certainly in error and you should appeal the decision. In either event, having lost once in court already, hire an attorney to help you try again or appeal.
