What to do a vehicle I purchased was misrepresented to me?
Question Details: I purchased a vehicle with the sole intent to flat tow all 4 wheels on the ground behind a motorhome. I did my research and everything showed me the vehicle I chose could be flat towed. Before I signed the paperwork, I required the dealership to show me in writing that the vehicle meets my requirements. After purchasing, I found an addendum stating it could not be flat towed. Is this a breach of contract?
It is absolutely a breach of contract if a meterial part of your purchase was that it could flat tow. If you woulld have not purchased the motor vehicle if it could not flat tow, then the dealership breached its contract to you with a material term and further it could be considered an unfair and deceptive practice. You must contact the entity who regulates this entity if the entity does not willingly cancel your contract.
