Ex talked me in to using mediation because he did not want to fill out disclosure forms. I was in a state of shock & just did whatever he wanted me to

After running credit check on myself, found out that both of our names are still on any mortgages, credit cards, etc. Also gave up my half of our business for my house & 5 acres, which I was given a quit claim for, but there is still a refi with both of our names on it. What if he dies? Won’t I be responsible for paying that off? He is making payments now. I was fired by my lawyer for letting him off the hook. I truly believe this was a divorce that wasn’t fair.

Since an arbitration/mediation award is difficult to appeal, you need to consult an attorney (preferably experienced in mediation) to see if your case warrants any grounds for challenging the arbitration award.
