I am not sure that I understand the question here or that there are enough facts to give you guidance. Extradition is the process of removing a party from one state or country to another for their prosecution of a crime that occurred in the extraditing state. Did you commit a crime in the other state? Living on the alimony in general is not a crime in any state of which I am aware. Good luck.
