Not sure what you mean by release property from a judgment lien.  If there is an existing lien on a property -- and the entity hasn't foreclosed on your property -- it depends on the type of lien -- whether dischargeable or not.  Further, you don't get something for nothing so ultimately the entity can still take your property.  Again it depends on the type of lien.

So, consult with your bankruptcy counsel.  If you don't have one, you need to contact one.  Try www.attorneypages.com and double check this person at the Georgia state bar.
