im getting a divorce, and I need a place to leave so im thinking of buying a
house, is that possible?

Possible? Yes. A good idea? No.
Anything you own or acquire while married--and while "getting" a divorce, you are still married; it's only when the divorce is final that you are no longer married--becomes a marital asset. If you acquire the house while married, you spouse may have a claim to it. Rent until you are divorced.
