am i required to pay for damages that occur in a parking lot

a woman said my car door damaged her car. there are no marks on my door and I don’t know if my car did the damage. she asked for my insurance information, which I gave her, but refused to give me her information. she made a claim on my insurance the next day. what are my options

If the damage to the other car was caused by your door, you are liable, regardless of the location where the incident occurred; in a parking lot or elsewhere.
If you claim that the damage to the other car was not caused by your door, inform your insurance company that it should deny the claim.
