You do have some potential liability if you contributed to the environment that lead to the fight.... for example, allowing the excessive consumption of alcohol in your home. If you had absolutely no involvement and no contributing involvement, then the victim may still try to sue you, but they would still have the challenge of proving that you did or did not do something to protect their safety. If they can't prove any responsibility on your part, then you should be able to defeat any liability claims.
