What do you need to do to get your spouse off of your house title?

I am getting a divorce and my spouse is listed on the title of my house but I am the only one listed on the actual mortgage. How do I get him off ? He will sign

whatever, I just don’t know the steps.

A quitclaim will release your spouse's entire right, title, and interest in the property to you.
The quitclaim deed is signed in the presence of a notary.  The quitclaim deed becomes effective upon being recorded (filed with the County Recorder's office).
