What do I file with the court if the divorce required that the house be sold but it never was?

Question Details: I was divorced 5 years ago and the house should have been sold. It was on the market but my ex decided that he wanted to buy me out but he never did. He still owns the multi-family and collects the rent. We have joint custody but for the past 10 months he has no place for the kids to stay, so since then the 3 kids have lived with me.
