What can I do in order to make KCC send payment information to USCIS and get my green card?
Question Details: I went to USCIS office in US for Adjustment Of Status for Diversity visa green card. The officer said that "I want to approve your case but KCC didn't send your payment information to us". The officer added, "It's interesting because, if you hadn't paid, this interview wouldn't happen. I'm going to send a request to them to get your information from them". Is waiting information from KCC normal and usually people do that? Are there anything that I can do to make it successfully happen?
Follow up with the USCIS office and keep following up. Make an infopass appointment. If you have proof of payment for the visa, then submit that to USCIS as well. Realize that your case has to be approved before the cutoff for the diversity visa lottery timeframe.
