Traffic Tickets in Georgia, but Live in Illinois

Paid a cash Bond, 945, for allegedly speeding and driving with a suspended
License. Can I hire someone to represent me in Georgia without having to be
present during the court date?

Yes... you can hire an attorney for full representation to enter a plea, waive arraignment, and handle your case.  It will you more than entering the plea yourself, but the costs of representation will be offset by the costs associated with having to travel back to the state for one or trips for court.
