Time limit to receive judge’s decision?
I have had my final court appearence
for my divorce. The judge said he would
issue a ruling, and it has now been
five months without a decision. I am
still under temporary orders. What
recourse do i have?

Unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done about the judge being slow to issue a ruling. Your attorney is correct in saying, "just wait". The temporary orders remain in effect until there is a final decision or resolution of the matter by the judge.
