Can I seal a felony conviction?
Question Details: About 4 years ago, I took a plea deal on 2 felony charges. Can I get them sealed, expunged or pardoned?
Your state (and most states, for that matter) does not allow expungement or sealing of felony convictions--and pleading guilty (taking a plea deal) counts as a conviction.Only if a felony was resolved through the ARD (Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition) program and did not require registration as a sex offender and did not involve intimating a witness or impersonating a public official can it be sealed or expunged.
