Renewing E3 whilst waiting for my i-485 form

My E3 visa expires on 1st April 2018, and i’m applying for my green card with the adjustment due to a recent wedding. As I’m waiting for the 130 and 485 forms to be approved, do I need to renew my E3? Will I need to leave the country to renew the visa?

You can remain in the US while the I-130/I-485 is pending.  There is no need for you to depart the US.  You will be able to adjust status within the US and you do not need to extend anything else in the meantime.
