Photos taken in work place.

So I have a coworker that I feel is trying
to get everyone fired including me.
She took photos and videos of me as
well as others on her phone without our
consent. This was taken in out back
area of the kitchen away from the
public eye. I work as a cook in a Dairy
Queen. Is there anything that I can do
about this?

No, there is nothing you can do. While someone cannot use your image, photograph, etc. for commercial benefit (e.g. sell or license it, or use it to sell some product or service) without you consent, there is no law against photographing or videoing another person in any area where the photographer may legally be. If you are were other people are, they can photograph or video record you.
