What to do about workplace harassment?

Question Details: I'm a group home manager. A few months ago I started feeling that I was being harassed by some of the executive administrators at my company; I filed a grievance against the director of services. However, I felt that nothing was resolved so I wrote another complaint on the issue. Then one of my family members diagnosed with cancer and I went out on FMLA. I returned today and was told 2 hours into my shift that my assistant manager would now be co-manager of the home I manage. There is no reason for this.
