What are my rights if my home insurance had the wrong address for the past 4 months?

I only recieved my home insurance papers yesterday in the mail. I have been paying insurance on a home with the wrong address, different street, same number. The real estate agency that I purchased my home through are an agent. It was the agent who made the mistake with the address. If something had happened in these 4 months would my house have been covered? Should the insurance company reimburse these 4 months?

If, as you say, it was the insurer who made the error, they would have been obligated to cover you for any losses at the correct address during that time. Because they would have had to cover you--i.e, because you were effectively covered--you would not be entitled to premium reimbursement.
