May I drop my spouse off my insurance

Been separated since April 10 2019. He moved out and left me with house. we have
health insurance thru my employer. May I drop him off my insurance at open
enrollment. he was paying his half and has stopped 2 months ago.

Yes, you can, unless he files for divorce and in the divorce case, gets a court order requiring you to keep him on your insurance to maintain the "status quo" pending the resolution of the divorce. Otherwise, in the absence of a court order, a spouse is not required to provide health insurance for his or her spouse.
