LLC transfer of ownership
I am a sole owner of an LLC in Florida. I do not have an operating agreement
filed with the state. Can I transfer ownership of the LLC to another person
outside the family with just my will? Will it go through probate?

1) You can sell it, gift it, or will it to pass to someone after you die. Transferring your ownership is no different than transferring any other asset you own, like, say, selling a car: you can do it by sales contract or agreement.
2) If you want it to go by will--that is to only pass after you pass away--then it must be in your will and it would have to go through probate.
