If my husband had a bank account with his and his brother’s name on it, is he entitled to all the money?
My husband has passed away, ad he left a bank account with his name and his
brother’s name on it. Is the brother entitled to all of the money or just half
of it? My husband put all the money in the account.

I am so sorry for your loss. I strongly suggest that you seek legal help ASAP. Although the Connecticut General Statute creates a presumption that if one of the account holder passes the away the money goes to the other, that presumption can be overcome. The facts mattter here. The intent of the parties, when and why the account was established and who contributed what. Get help. Good luck.
